Journal aims to promote shared progress in vocational education

The World Vocational and Technical Education journal has been launched in conjunction with the World Vocational and Technical Education Development Conference held in Tianjin and the establishment of the World TVET League.

The journal serves as a platform to showcase significant achievements in vocational education research and practice and plays a vital role in fostering global exchange and collaboration in this field.

The journal is published by Tianjin University of Technology and Education (TUTE) four times a year, with Professor Zheng Qingchun, president of TUTE, acting as its editor-in-chief. The editorial board comprises renowned experts in vocational and comparative education from Australia, Canada, China, Ethiopia, Germany and Malaysia, while the editorial team includes advisors from the vocational education sector.

This peer-reviewed and interdisciplinary academic journal contains the results of studies on vocational and technical education from the disciplinary and interdisciplinary perspectives of philosophy, history, ethics, psychology, economics, politics, sociology, law, management, mathematics and engineering from around the world.

The journal will also cover major changes in the development process of vocational and technical education as well as areas of common concern in various countries and regions (policies, systems, teachers, histories, and development trends).

This issue of the journal focuses on the results of regional and country studies and comparative studies in the field of vocational and technical education.
