The workshop is highly recognized by the Portuguese government as a teaching practice base for 2,700 students of the technical college, as well as a science popularization base for local public middle school students. The PIS will continue to strengthen exchanges with Chinese universities in various fields, and play a larger role in boosting Sino-Portuguese ties.
