During his trip, Wu discussed with Tianjin Polytechnic College leaders the construction of the Uganda Luban Workshop, and showed interest in the school-enterprise cooperation model of its training base in the Mbale Industrial Park.

Wu wants Luban workshops in Africa to meet the local areas' needs, cultivate professional and technical talents for African countries, and jointly build a community of a shared future for vocational education with African youths.
