China's Luban Workshops program is designed to provide technical and vocational training, promote modern vocational education and enhance collaboration among vocational schools around the world.

The workshop is expected to play a useful role in advancing the country’s economic and social development by popularizing technical knowledge, cultivating skilled personnel, and boosting employment of local youth.

Initially it will offer course majors including modern logistics management and information technology. The TMC will help design the core curriculum and training courses.

At the same time, a number of Chinese-funded enterprises would like to give offers to the workshop’s students, to accelerate cultivation of talents and also help the enterprises themselves increase efficiency and strengthen their local operations.
