The birthdays of participating children from around the world were celebrated earlier today at the 2024 Tianjin International Children's Art Festival.
Nitinun Chomchuen from Thailand, now a teacher at Tianjin Bohai Vocational Technical College in Beichen district of Tianjin, plays a crucial role at the college's Luban Workshop, aiding hundreds of Thai students in their studies and helping them secure job opportunities.
Luo Zhaohui, chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency and a member of the 14th CPPCC National Committee, said his proposal for this year focuses on promoting the Luban Workshop abroad, and his agency will continue to increase the assistance of such "small yet smart" programs.
