The Aokangda (Beijing-Tianjin) Famous Car Plaza had its highly-anticipated official opening in Wuqing district, Tianjin municipality on Aug 10, drawing a large crowd of visitors from the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

Designed in the shape of a palm of the hand, the 4-storey exhibition hall of the plaza is an architectural marvel. Spanning a construction area of 120,000 square meters, the indoor exhibition space offers a comprehensive range of services, including used car sales, pre-sales and after-sales services, insurance and licensing services. This simplifies the process of buying a car for customers, with all the steps from selection to finalizing the paperwork all done in one place.

On its opening day, Aokangda showcased over 400 mid-to-high end used vehicles, with the plaza set to take delivery of thousands of used cars of many different makes for customers to choose from in the coming weeks. There will also be limited-time exhibits of classic models.

To ensure that car inventory is updated in real-time, both online and offline, the plaza supports a multi-channel online service platform, which includes an official website, an app, a Wechat mini-program and live-streaming options.

To provide customers with an even broader selection of vehicles to choose from, Aokangda has launched a nationwide car-sourcing service, with operations in major cities like Shenzhen, Shanghai, Chengdu and Tianjin. Wuqing district will now serve as a crucial hub to enhance coordination within the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Its proximity to Beijing, coupled with its strong industrial base, makes it an ideal location for a thriving used car market.
