As “smart brain” empowers urban construction and management, Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City has witnessed a complete upgrade in its operation and governance.

The “smart brain” covers data from 18 factors including construction, environment, healthcare, elderly care and emergency.

In smart healthcare, the eco-city collects population data in the district to establish a regional health information database for all people.

In smart environment, the eco-city applies drones and ICVs (Intelligent Connected Vehicle) to observe weather, forming a multi-dimensional observation network that integrates air, sky and land.

In smart education, the “smart brain” empowers school management by transmitting data of urban weather, transport and healthcare into campuses.

In “smart city brain”, four urban management tool kits, including intelligent visual, intelligent audio, internet of things and drones, have been designed to serve as public resources for functional departments.

Such “urban tool kits”, which are 7/24 on call in real time, have made city management more intelligent. Environment protectors on patrol can remotely control drones to fly along over 100 beacon points to collect images and data, conduct voice notice, video surveillance, air monitoring and traffic patrols.

By fully leveraging cutting-edging technologies like big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence, Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City keeps strengthening the construction of “smart city brain” to make urban governance more intelligent, effective and detailed.
