The Binhai New Area has issued its action plan to create a world class business climate against the assess system by the World Bank.

Including 26 key tasks and 134 concrete measures, the action plan is among the first implementation plans launched by 19 national new areas.

As a national comprehensive reform pilot zone and the first free trade pilot zone in northern China, the Binhai New Area has made progress in reforms and innovation, and has promoted the continuous optimization of the business environment. A number of reform experiences and typical practices have been replicated and promoted nationwide.

The market-oriented reform measures will be made to serve market entities for a whole life cycle and reduce their administrative costs.

Tailored regulatory rules and standards are available to provide resilient and enterprise-friendly services for new technologies, new industries, new formats, and new mode business.

Benching with the international high standard for opening up, local authorities will further facilitate free trade scope and stay level with the action plan.
