Dongli district, Tianjin, hosted a cultural performance to welcome the Chinese New Year on Wednesday.

Local residents, Dongli district leaders and enterprise representatives all participated in the event, with performers full of energy, presenting a lively and joyous, harmonious scene on stage.

The performance included song, dance, kuaiban (fast-paced storytelling through rhythmic clapping), acrobatics and traditional Peking Opera, adding richness and depth to the overall celebration.
