On March 14, Ninghe district and the Tianjin University of Technology (TUT) signed a cooperation agreement on building a technology and innovation hub in the area. Hui Bing, deputy secretary of the CPC Ninghe District Committee and head of the district, and Liu Dongzhi, secretary of the CPC TUT Committee, attended the signing ceremony and delivered speeches.

Hui Bing highlighted that after years of rapid development, Ninghe district has gathered advantages in terms of its geographical position, transportation, and ecology, demonstrating huge development potential in the future. Based on the spirit of the 20th National Congress and the deployment of Tianjin, Ninghe will strengthen its cooperation with the TUT in scientific and technological projects, the conversion of technological achievements, the development of key technologies and the integration of industries and universities.
