On Feb 28, Dongli district signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "SINOSURE") Tianjin Branch, aiming to jointly integrate into the construction of the Belt and Road and promote the high-quality development of foreign trade. Based on the agreement, both sides will give full play to their advantages in a bid to support local enterprises in improving their competitiveness in the overseas market, guaranteeing export security, and strengthening services to key enterprises, the advanced manufacturing industry, and foreign trade.

At present, Dongli district is striving for local high-quality development and introducing investment. Under this circumstance, the signing of this cooperation agreement will contribute to the companies of Dongli participating in international production capacity cooperation, further improve the level of financial services for the substantial economy, and help Dongli deeply integrate into Belt and Road construction.
