A special market for Spring Festival, with the theme of intangible cultural heritage — the first of its kind in Tianjin — opened on Wednesday and will be open until Wednesday in Happy Jin shopping mall.
Organized by the downtown Hexi district government, the market features more than 150 varieties of goods that have been recognized as a national or local intangible cultural heritage or that are associated with local folk customs.

This year, the traditional Spring Festival is due to fall on Jan 22, and the hustle and bustle has returned to the city.
